Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to address your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service creates routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, page requests, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the site and see which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
We process this limited information to run the service, troubleshoot faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to City of San Dimas pages, Los Angeles County and California portals, court systems, libraries, and third-party search services. Each destination applies its own privacy terms to information submitted there. Sponsored results are also furnished by a separate provider and are governed by that provider's policy.
When Information Is Disclosed
Vendors that host or support the service may process logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
How Information Is Protected
An encrypted connection serves the site. Logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes stated here. Since San Dimas People Search has no visitor accounts, it stores no account password or member profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
This service is designed for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent personal details so that we can remove them.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives eligible California consumers rights that can include access, correction, deletion, and opting out of certain data practices by covered businesses. Because we retain little visitor data, a request generally involves checking our contact mailbox and available server logs. Submit a request through the Contact page. Government records held by the City of San Dimas, Los Angeles County, California agencies, or courts remain outside our control. Requests to correct, redact, or remove those records must go to the custodian, subject to the law that governs that record.
Policy Updates
Any revised privacy terms will appear here. Your continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the new policy.
